All Qualstar tape libraries come with 36 months warranty including:

• All TeraLoader robotic libraries
• All RLS (Rackmount Library System) robotic libraries
• All TLS (Tape Library System) robotic libraries

Tape drive warranty:
The tape drive warranty is the same as the robotic warranty serviced by Qualstar 36 months

Warranty program:
Qualstar's warranty period is as follows:
1st year warranty = Advanced replacement (Qualstar will pre ship the faulty part)
2nd year under warranty = Return to depot for repair
3rd year under warranty = Return to depot for repair
