Kodak has signed an international service agreement with plasmon to be the authorised service company of all Plasmon products purchased after 1 January 2004.

Claim under warranty
If you suspect that your product is faulty and is still under manufactures warranty please visit plasmon's support website and fill out a request for service form (RMA Form). This will be forwarded onto the appropriate party with in Kodak.
